The Antique Knot is located in the 1890 old bank building at 74 Main Street, Stamford, NY features fine tribal and village rugs, carpets, and kilims. Explore the lost language of man through their weaving from the Turkmen of central Asia. The nomadic Baluch from Persia and Afghanistan. Kurdish tribes and nomadic rugs from southwest Persia. All are fresh to the market and hand washed by us. Another exciting dimension to the bank is the Sky Stone Gallery, displaying the art of the Navajo and Zuni silver smiths and turquoise from the classic mines of the southwest. Each carefully selected piece in The Antique Knot collection has been properly evaluated, studied, conserved, and hand-washed using our museum-quality techniques.
